You will lead complex transformations, craft innovative solutions, and drive the growth of Accenture business. Partnering closely with senior leaders, projects teams and tech experts, you will understand clients' unique needs to develop customized, value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibility:

1. Capture client's business process and context precisely and concisely in short period of time
2. Analyze clients' business and problems, conduct relevant research proactively to deepen understanding
3. Provide inputs on client needs and recommend solution options
4. Prepare viable solution for the client with strong sense of business case
5. Propose delivery approach for the technology solution considering priorities and dependencies
6. Work towards growing Accenture and client relationships; Help shape the deal with the clients and develop compelling proposals
7. Assess emerging technologies; Continuously monitor relevant industry and technology trends to ensure further development of Accenture's capabilities

About You

1. Bachelor's degree, or above; Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English
2. 10+ years of working experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, technology delivery and client servicing
3. Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-million USD accounts and programs.
4. Strong capabilities on analytical and quantitative problem solving, and complex ideas communication
5. Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, and presenting solutions
6. Executive presence with exceptional communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
7. Passion for staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and proven ability to leverage insights into innovative solutions
8. Sound knowledge in IT operating models, enterprise architecture, cloud, AI, blockchain, automation, and/or data is preferred
9. Self-starter with proven leadership competencies including mentoring counterparts, building high-performing teams and fostering collaboration
