The Assistant Director of Engineering is responsible for the oversight of the operation of the hotel. This includes the inside as well as the outside of the building. This person must be knowledgeable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift a moderate amount of weight.
• Preferred candidates will have at least 3 years of hotel maintenance or related experience.
