We're seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience in IT;
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks is a must;
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• Managing team experience;
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro, OKRs;
• Advanced verbal communication skills;
• Knowledge of time management;
• Be a decision maker and possess problem-solving skills;
• Proven ability to work at multiple tasks at a time, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks;
• Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English.

It would be a big plus if the person is at least familiar with, or has worked around, the following technologies:

Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloudflare

Data: ClickHouse, MySQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, Redis

Messaging/Queues: Kafka, NATS, BullMQ

CI/CD & Monitoring: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack

Nice to have:
• PMP, PSM or the equivalent certificates.

Responsibilities:
• Managing, monitoring, and forecasting project execution;
• Time and efforts tracking, regular status reporting;
• Team coordination;
• Project risk management;
• Maintaining project documentation.
