This role is not for everyone, and it is not supposed to be. It is for someone who would rather build something real in a place where their kids can roam the yard and hear owls at night, than climb a corporate ladder in a city they can barely afford. Someone who wants a job that respects their time outside of it, because that time outside is the reason they took the job in the first place.
L&R Industries is building a standalone Engineering Department for the first time in company history — a rare opportunity to shape an engineering organization from the ground up at a company with over 50 years of manufacturing success and a fast-growing, patent-pending product line already in commercial launch.
