試作ロット流動のキャパシティー向上に向けた、生産技術業務および装置導入• プロセス改善の推進に関する PMO業務

① プロジェクト推進支援(PMO業務)
• 複数の装置検討• 試作案件の進捗/課題/リソースの横断管理
• スケジュール設計• 進捗トラッキング• 遅延リスクの可視化
• 課題管理(Issue管理)および解決に向けた関係者の巻き込み
• 開発• 製造• 品質• 外部ベンダーとの調整および会議運営
• 意思決定に必要な情報整理• 資料作成

② 装置導入• 技術検討プロジェクトの支援
• 新規装置導入に関するプロジェクト計画立案支援
• 現行プロセスの課題• ボトルネックの可視化
• 装置選定• 評価• 立ち上げに伴う進行管理
• 関係部署との調整• 情報整理

③ 実験• 評価業務の支援(非技術領域中心)
• 実験計画(DoE等)の進行管理
• データ整理• 可視化(歩留まり/処理能力/品質など)

Promotion of production technology operations, equipment introduction, and process improvements to enhance the capacity of prototype lot flow PMO Business

①Project Promotion Support (PMO Operations)
• Cross-management of progress, challenges, and resources for multiple equipment review and prototype projects
• Scheduling and progress tracking, visualization of delay risks
• Issue management (issue management) and involving stakeholders for resolution
• Coordination with development, manufacturing, quality, external vendors, and meeting management
• Organizing information and preparing materials necessary for decision-making

②Support for equipment introduction and technical review projects
• project planning support for new equipment introduction
• Visualization of current process challenges and bottlenecks
• Progress management related to equipment selection, evaluation, and launch
• Coordination and information organization with related departments

* Technical details are judged by the responsible engineer.

③Support for experiments and evaluation tasks (mainly non-technical domains)
• Progress management of experimental plans (DoE, etc.)
• Data organization and visualization (yield/processing capacity/quality, etc.)
• Compilation of evaluation results, preparation of materials, support analysis and consideration
• Process organization and structuring

④Structuring and standardizing business processes
• Organizing and visualizing prototyping and equipment evaluation workflows
• Extracting and standardizing tasks that are individualized
• Preparation of Procedures and Templates
• Planning and promotion of operational efficiency measures

⑤Accumulation and deployment of technical knowledge
• Documentation of equipment evaluation and troubleshooting knowledge
• Creation of standard operating procedures and guidelines
• Establishment of knowledge sharing mechanisms (improving reproducibility)

• その他: PC操作スキル(中級レベル)

• Experience as a Production Technology Engineer
• Possess basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Able to operate semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Communication skills, teamwork
• Flexible approach to new things
