Your Job Responsibilities:
- Design telecommunications cable infrastructure to support IP based connections including Voice, Data, Wi-Fi, Audio Visual, CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection. This includes detailed internal building layouts, as well as exterior campus connectivity.
- Design specifications, configuration, and commissioning of large scale local, integrated, and network-based systems.
- Provide construction oversite, including specification and contract drawing compliance, conduct site visits and write construction observation reports.
- Stay up to date on the latest technology and trends in the industry.
Your Requirements and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, from four-year college or university (preferred)
- Consulting engineering with 5+ years' of telecommunication systems design experience
- Knowledgeable in industry standards including TIA/EIA, BICSI and IEEE.
- Must be available to travel occasionally
- Requires the ability to pass background checks, security screenings or drug testing as required by our clients and/or Federal contracts
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 and will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
